Terms: All sales are cash basis unless credit has been previously established.  Credit can be arranged by supplying a Florida agricultural bond number and by submitting a credit application for investigation.  Credit terms are Net 30 days with a 1.5% per month service charge (which is an annual rate of 18%) on all past due accounts computed the 30th of the month.  Future orders will not be held for customers who have failed to comply with payment terms.  Any account over 45 days past due may revert to cash basis without notice.  There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks, plus cost of collection.  In the event of an overdue account, the customer agrees to pay any and all collection expenses, as well as costs necessary for the collection of the customer's account.

Pricing: Prices are based on present market conditions and subject to change without notice.  Wholesale prices are applicable to registered nurserymen and brokers.  Prices are FOB Bent Oak Farm, Inc., Ocala, Florida.

Tagging Policy: Tagged material will be held 30 days with a 25% deposit and a firm pick up date established.  Material may be held for a maximum of 90 days with a payment schedule made at the time of sale.  Deposit shall be forfeited on materials not picked up in a timely manner.

Sizing: Material will be invoiced at the size tagged.  That price will be valid for 30 days.  If material is held longer than 30 days, prices will b e adjusted to reflect the size of that material pick-up.

Pick Up: To give your order the attention it deserves, please provide a minimum of 2 working days for pick up.  Our business hours are from 8am until 4pm, Monday through Friday.  Pick up should be completed by 4pm.  After hours loading will incur an additional charge.  Transportation may be arranged through a common carrier; however, materials travel at the purchaser's risk.  Claims must be made directly against the carrier.

Claims: Bent Oak Farm, Inc. warrants, to the extent of the purchase price, material is sold true to name and as described within recognized tolerance.  No further warranty is either expressed or implied regarding livability, productivity, or acceptance by a third party.
